With Archangel Rufael sealed inside of him and years of adventuring, Zero has gained quite a few skills and magics.

SWORDSMANSHIP
Thanks to practicing first with normal ones and then with Rufael's, Zero is a very skilled swordsman who knows how to fight. His style is more about finesse and focused strength than straight-up overpowering an opponent, but he can easily stand with some of the best swordsman in the world.



MARKSMANSHIP
While far less skilled with a bow than with a sword, Zero still has some experience in using one. While he won't be sniping anything from long ranges, he can very easily handle himself in a middle-range fight.



ELEMENTAL MAGIC
Through a mix of his own soul and Rufael's, Zero has the ability to call on magic from the "light" side of the elemental scales (Fire, Wind, Lightning) as well as one of the two "central" elements outside of the balance (Holy/Light). He can manipulate existing sources of the elements or create it himself in usual "mage" blasts, but with his current inexperience, he's nowhere near being a magical terror, even if he can hold his own.



HEALING MAGIC
Surprisingly, Zero boasts a natural talent for healing spells. While Rufael's soul boosts the power of these spells and the way the magic can be harnessed in some cases, the actual talent itself is all from the boy, meaning that it's the most comfortable type of magic that he can use at all. As such, it's something he tries to offer others fairly often, even at the cost of draining himself.



IMMORTALITY
From the moment that Rufael was sealed in his body, Zero's time was frozen. As such, not only will he not succumb to it, but he will not develop or age at all. For as long as he carries the angel inside of him, Zero will remain at his current age, and it's only once Rufael is removed that he will begin to age normally again.



FLIGHT
Zero can, for varying periods of time, manifest Rufael's wings for flight. The wings are as resistant as the rest of his body, though damage to the feathers can cause some trouble while flying. Beyond that, damage to wings never carries over as they are manifested separately every single time, so while they still will inflict pain, it's impossible to permanently cripple them.



RESILIANCE & HEALTH
Zero's body is far tougher than that of a normal human's, both from Rufael's presence and his training/battle experience over the years. As such, he can endure wounds that would have killed a human times over as well as shrug off things that would otherwise be crippling. Despite this, he's far from being a tank: Zero's specialty is speed and strength, not endurance.

On top of this, while Zero can and does get sick like normal, sicknesses will never have side effects and often last for far less time than they would normally.



SWAP
Zero and Rufael can do a "swap" of sorts. This allows Rufael to, using Zero's body as the "base," completely manifest his true appearance for periods of time. Because it's a drain on both of them, any wounds inflicted to Rufael's body carries over to Zero's, Rufael's top strength (compared to his true) is dependent on factors from Zero, and it causes Zero to become disconnected with his own body, it's generally only used in times of dire need.
